Design
We will develop a design based on the first consultation and provide an initial estimate for you to review. Once the initial estimate and design agreement are approved, we will design your project and build a construction agreement which outlines in detail what work will be performed and what materials and fixtures will be used. This agreement is a firm price proposal, so you know what you will pay at the end of the job as long as no changes are made.

Build
A pre-construction meeting introduces your experts and ensures that everyone agrees on the plans. We communicate regularly and are always available to you. The site will be kept clean and we take pride in our team of clean cut professionals. After completion, we will walk through the home with you to verify that you are fully satisfied.

Consult
This is a 30 to 60 minute meeting which typically takes place in your home. During this meeting, we look at your space and discuss some of the details of your project including budget and timeline.
